KDW APPAREL AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

You may return Goods that have been purchased from KDA Apparel Australia & New Zealand (KDWAANZ, we, us, our) under the following scenarios:

  • In cases where you have received faulty Goods.
  • In cases where you have changed your mind about the Goods you have received.

Please read this Returns & Exchanges Policy in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which are located on this Website.

When handling or trying Goods on for the first time, please wear underwear and take care not to mark them in any way, including with make-up or deodorant, an do not expose them to moisturiser, tanning substances, oils or perfume.

RETURNS – FAULTY GOODS

KDWAANZ aims to provide Goods that are of the highest quality, so that customers are completely satisfied. However, if you have received Goods from us that have a defect or are not what you ordered or which fail to meet your expectations, please contact us via the Contact page on the Website so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Steps for returning faulty Goods:

  • Please inspect all Goods upon receipt of your Order.
  • If the goods are defective in any way, please take a photograph that clearly displays the defect.
  • Contact us, describing the defect, including a photo, the order number, your name and contact details.
  • We will email you a Returns Form for you to complete and return with the faulty Goods.
  • Post to us, via Registered Post (requiring our signature upon delivery) the following:
    • The faulty Goods (in their original packaging if possible); and
    • The completed Returns Form; and
    • Proof of purchase (identifying that the Goods were purchased from us).

If any of the items listed above cannot be returned, we will be unable to provide a refund, and in the event that the Goods are returned without complying to the requirements listed above, or if the Goods are found not to have a defect, we will contact you to arrange for the Goods to be shipped back to you and you will be liable for all associated Delivery Fees.


If the Goods are returned to us according to the Returns & Exchanges Policy, and are confirmed to have a defect, we will provide either:

  • A new version of the same style of Goods (subject to availability), including delivery; or
  • A refund of the Price of the Goods and related Delivery Fees via your original payment method.

In either of the above cases, and subject to the Goods being returned in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy, and having been confirmed to have a legitimate defect, we will reimburse you for Registered Post costs (to the extent that such costs are not unnecessarily excessive).  

All return Goods must be sent to us via Registered Post, requiring a signature upon delivery to KDWAANZ. We will not accept responsibility in the event that return Goods you have sent to us are lost in transit.

For refunds, please allow six business days from the date that we receive the returned Goods for your account to be credited.

From time to time KDWAANZ may include complimentary gifts in orders, which depending on availability, may not be eligible for return due to defects.  

In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision will be final and not negotiable.

RETURNS – CHANGE OF MIND

If you decide that you no longer want any Goods purchased from us, and the Goods are in their original condition, you may be eligible to return the Goods for a refund of the Price paid for the Goods.

We don’t offer exchanges on “change of mind” returns.  If you would like to order different Goods, you may place a new Order via the electronic order form.

Steps for Change of Mind Returns:

  • Contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods, describing the reason you are seeking to return the goods, along with the order number, your name and contact details.
  • We will email you a Returns Form for you to complete and return to us with the Goods.
  • Return Goods should be posted in a timely manner so that they are delivered to us within 21 days of your original receipt of the Goods.
  • Post to us, via Registered Post (requiring our signature upon delivery) the following:
    • The completed Returns Form; and
    • Proof of purchase (identifying that the Goods were purchased from us); and
    • The Goods in their original condition, defined as being:
      • Unworn (with no signs of wear)
      • Unwashed
      • Unmarked
      • Unperfumed
      • Intact (with all tags and labels attached)
      • Accompanied by any complimentary gifts provided with the Goods (in their original condition).
  • We will refund you the Price of the Goods only (excluding any Delivery Fee you may have paid), via the original method of payment.

If any of the items listed above cannot be returned, we will be unable to provide a refund, and in the event that the Goods are returned without complying to the requirements listed above, we will contact you to arrange for the Goods to be shipped back to you and you will be liable for all associated Delivery Fees.

For “change of mind” returns, we will not refund Delivery Fees that you paid at the time of purchase to have the Goods shipped to you. Furthermore, customers returning Goods for a “change of mind” refund will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as any other associated handling or packaging costs.
